Our Athletes

These are the athletes we work with right now - high school, college, and pro.

With all of them, the work is the same: honest guidance on the decisions that shape a career.

What Our Players Have to Say About LOGO3

A LOGO3 Story

Someone truly in my corner.

Thomas Allard came to LOGO3 the way a lot of good decisions get made — by trusting his gut about a person. “I bonded really well with AJ,” he says. “Everything he was saying was the truth — and that’s hard to come by. I could tell he was truly in my corner.”

Coming out of Division II, Thomas knew the math. He could have signed with a bigger agency — and known he’d be further down the priority list. “With AJ, I knew I’d found someone genuinely in my corner. Someone I could trust.”

That trust turned into access. AJ’s relationships opened the right doors at Penn State, and then he stayed on the phone. “We were having three, four calls a day. He walked me through the logistics — the pros, the cons. Any question I had, he’d answer right away. And if he didn’t know, he’d go get the answer from someone who did. He always made me feel like a priority, like I mattered.”

Committing didn’t end it. “He’s still heavily involved in my career and development.” Within the first week of summer conditioning, AJ checked in. “He’s a sounding board who has all the knowledge but isn’t part of my school or support staff.” An honest voice from the outside.

And like so many LOGO3 stories, it started with a parent. “My mom was the major reason I chose AJ and LOGO3. She connected with him right away, and that made me more comfortable. She’ll reach out with questions, he responds as soon as he can, and they have a great ongoing relationship.”

Thomas Allard — Wing, Penn State

A LOGO3 Story

Supported from the jump.

Logan Rodriguez felt it before he ever signed anything. “AJ was showing support from the jump — coming to practices, coming to games. There was a strong connection. I felt supported before I’d even signed.”

Then came the test. Logan got hurt right before his AAU season — the kind of timing that can quietly cost a player his options. AJ didn’t flinch. “He showed faith the whole way through. He gave me real wisdom on every decision.” It helped that AJ had actually been where Logan wanted to go: “He’d played at the level I was hoping to reach.” AJ worked the phones for him, talking to coaches and bringing back honest feedback.

The support didn’t stop at a commitment. “He’s still reaching out, still checking in, still talking to my coaches and keeping me encouraged. And it’s not always about basketball — he checks in on your mental, too. Just knowing he’s in my corner is really helpful.”

Ask about his family and the answer is simple. “They love him. They know he’s a great guy, and that everything he does is genuine toward me.”
