Frequently Asked Questions

We’re a career advisory firm. We educate athletes and families about their options, help build a development plan, strengthen the team around the athlete, and advise on every major decision - school choice, transfers, NIL offers, contracts, and the professional path. For some athletes that grows into representation. It always starts with advice.

Yes - we prefer it. The people who know the athlete best belong in the conversation. We work with athletes under 18 only with a parent or guardian involved, and we coordinate with - never around - the coaches and trainers you already trust.

If your athlete has real decisions in front of them - offers, transfers, NIL interest, a pro path - then yes. This isn’t about level. A bad decision hurts a mid-major career as much as a lottery pick’s. The decisions matter at every level.
