We help you make better decisions.

LOGO3 Sports Group is a basketball career advisory firm. Not an NIL marketplace. Not a recruiting service. Not an agency in the way you’ve come to expect.

We exist to help athletes and families make better decisions - and everything about how we work follows from that. We educate before we advise. We include the family. We tell the truth, including when the truth is: don’t sign that.

01 • Understand your options.

Before anything else, education. The eligibility rules. How NIL money actually works, and how it’s taxed. What the transfer portal does to a roster and to a career. What an agent can and can’t do for you. We put it all in plain language, because you can’t evaluate an offer you don’t understand. What this looks like: sit-down sessions with the athlete and family, plain-language breakdowns of any offer or contract in front of you, and the questions to ask before you’re in the room where they matter.

02 • Develop your game.

Every opportunity in this sport follows ability, not hype. So development is the foundation everything else stands on. We help you see your game the way evaluators see it, build an honest development plan with your coaches and trainers, and check in on the uncomfortable question: did the work get done? What this looks like: an honest assessment of where you are, a plan built with the people already in your corner, and regular follow-up that holds everyone to it.

03 • Build your circle.

The most dangerous thing in an athlete’s career is isolation, when every voice in the room is suddenly on someone’s payroll. We do the opposite. We strengthen the circle you already have. Parents stay at the table. Your high school coach stays in the loop. And when you need people you don’t have, like a tax professional who knows NIL or a lawyer who reads contracts for a living, we help you find ones who work for you. What this looks like: family included in every major conversation, coordination with (never around) your coaches, and introductions to vetted professionals who answer to you.

04 • Navigate every decision.

Then the moments come. A school pulls an offer. The portal window opens. A collective slides a contract across the table. When it happens, you won’t be figuring it out alone. We’re in the room, asking what we always ask: What does this look like in three years? Who benefits if you say yes? Sometimes we’re the only voice saying wait. That’s the job. What this looks like: side-by-side evaluation of every option, preparation before every high-stakes conversation, and an advocate whose only interest is your career.

Where this leads:

For some athletes, this journey leads to representation, and when it does, the relationship is already built on something real. For others, it leads to a great college career and a life the athlete chose with open eyes. Both are wins. That’s what advisory means.
